Help your dog feel safer and more at ease on every walk.

Reactivity Support Walks help your dog cope with the world around them with more confidence and less overwhelm. We focus on emotional regulation, thoughtful handling, and more predictable walks for dogs who bark, lunge, freeze, vocalize, or get overwhelmed by triggers like other dogs, people, bikes, scooters, or movement around them.

Reactivity Support Walks are currently available only to clients within my in-home service area:
Ballard, Blue Ridge, Crown Hill, Fremont, Green Lake, Greenwood, Loyal Heights, Phinney Ridge, Sunset Hill, and West Woodland.

Each walk is built around your dog's individual needs and may include:

  • Trigger and threshold awareness
  • Calm movement and decompression
  • Pattern games and predictable routines
  • Real-time handling and management support
  • Confidence building around the environment
  • Easing overwhelm and nervous system load

What's included:

  • A 30-minute virtual meet and greet for new clients
  • A 30-minute structured support walk
  • A written update after your initial package
  • Personalized handling and management strategies

Best for:

  • Dogs who bark or lunge on leash
  • Dogs who struggle to regulate around triggers
  • Dogs who become over-aroused during walks
  • Dogs building confidence around people or other dogs
  • Dogs transitioning from intensive behavior work into maintenance support

Some dogs, especially those sensitive to unfamiliar people or places, do better with a slower introduction so we can build safety and trust first.
